Terms and Condition


  1. Orders are to be cancelled if buyer did not respond to the quotation email or did not make the payment within 48hours without any notice.
  2. Non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
  3. Seller will not held responsible for any risk regarding usage.
  4. not to be held responsible for any damaged or lost item once delivered.
  5. If you agree with the terms and conditions stated, you can proceed purchasing. Thank you.
How to Order & Payment Method


  1. Please fill in the forms provided to make the order.
  2. Payment is to be made within 48hours after receive the quotation email from seller.
  3. Payment can be made via bank transfer to Maybank account. Maybank2u.com
  4. Items will be sent within 24hours after payment has been made and we will give you TRACKING NUMBER via email or sms.
  5. After banking in the payment, PLEASE retain the receipt and NOTIFY ME via email for a smoother transaction. Email:macro.organiclife@gmail.com

Delivery Method


Method 1
All items will be delivered by PosLaju. Postage & Handling fee is RM6 within Peninsular Malaysia & RM7 for Sabar and Sarawak.

2-3 items (RM 6)
4-5 items (RM 7)
6 items & above (FOC)


Pos Laju (East Malaysia)
2-3 items (RM 7)
4-5 items (RM 8)
6 items & above (FOC)


For overseas customers, please email us for more enquiries for the cost of postage or alternatively you may check the rates out at http://www.pos.com.my/
Delivery time will take about 2 to 3 working days to arrive buyer's home or office. If you want to know the shipping status, please email your name and delivery address to us. We will reply your Email with the PosLaju tracking number.


Method 2
Cash on Delivery. Personally collecting them  from us at Multimedia University every Saturday between 2- 3pm for FREE. Further details and location will be emailed to you upon confirmation of payment.
